"Tracking was way off"
The tracking info was useless. It never lined up with when my package was actually delivered, so I kept checking it for no reason. Kinda frusterating...

I picked this up kind of on impulse because the design looked really nice. In person it does feel well made overall, though there are a couple of small flaws if you look closely

I ordered a photo gift from Lyn's Gift it turned out nice. The print was clear, the faces looked sharp, and the colors were really close to the original photo.
The only small thing I noticed was that the darker areas came out a little deeper than expected, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Overall, it still looked good and felt like a thoughtful gift.

Shipping was fine and everything was packed well when it arrived. I’d give it 4 stars because the clarity was great, just not totally perfect.

"Looked better in the pictures"
I ordered a gift from lynsgift.com, and maybe I was focusing too much on how nice the photos looked, but the actual item didn’t really match what I had in mind. The print was kind of faded, and the material felt cheaper than I expected.

It did show up in one piece, so I’ll give them that. I didn’t pay much attention to the packaging or anything else once I noticed the quality, but based on the product itself, I probably wouldn’t order again unless they improve it.

I ordered a gift last week and it actually showed up exactly when they said it would, which was a nice little win. Tracking was simple to follow, and there were no weird delays or missing updates. Happy with lynsgift.com overall and I’d definitely use them again.

"Looks nice, but the material is just meh"
Okay, so it looks good when you first see it, but the material is thinner than I expected. Like, why does everything look better in the photos than it feels in real life? It’s not awful or anything, and I guess for the price it’s fine, but I wouldn’t call it great. Just kind of average.

I wouldn’t shop here again. The updates were really slow (which got frustrating fast), and the checkout process was more confusing than it needed to be. Overall, it just felt like too much hassle for what should’ve been a simple order.

Checking out on lynsgift.com was smooth for me. The pages loaded quickly, and I liked being able to review my order details before I paid, which made me feel a bit more confident about finishing the purchase.

The only thing I personally found a little confusing was the shipping info at first, so I had to double check it. Other than that, I didn’t run into any real problems and the whole process worked fine.

The color ended up being a bit off from what I expected. At first I thought it would match based on the pictures, but then it felt like the goalposts kept moving between the listing, the lighting, and what actually showed up. It’s not terrible, just not an exact match.

"Nice gift, but the reminders were a bit much"
My sister liked the gift well enough, so that part was good. I just thought the delivery box looked kind of cheap, which was a little disappointing. Also, the reminder messages felt aggressive after ordering, like, I get it, please stop nudging me every five minutes.

I ordered this as a gift because I figured it would show up in about a week, but it ended up taking almost three weeks. The item itself was fine, actually, it was perfectly okay, but the shipping time was really frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something by a certain date.

"Just a heads up for anyone ordering..."
Just a heads up for anyone ordering from lynsgift.com: my tracking stopped updating and I thought my package had gone missing. I messaged them worried, but they got back to me faster than I expected.

They looked into it, explained what was going on, and got everything sorted without making me chase them. The gift showed up a few days later in good shape, so thankfully it worked out. If your tracking looks stuck, don’t panic right away, but definitely contact them

I was expecting the site to be straightforward, but it ended up being a bit frustrating to use. The checkout process got confusing in a few spots, and some of the pages took longer to load than I thought they would. It worked in the end, but it wasn’t as easy or quick as I was hoping.

So, yeah, my order ended up arriving after Christmas, which was frustrating since it was meant to be a gift. I mean, I get that the holidays are busy and all, but still, it kind of defeated the whole purpose. Probably not going to order gifts from here again.
